Hi, we are Ron & Caroline,
We live a happy life with our 4 adolescents, Jane, Alex, Anthony & Jack, dog Marley & cat MiMi.
We both love travelling and photography.
Ron is an entrepreneur. In his spare time he is a real sailorman who enjoys playing his guitar or piano.
I have a passion for beauty & spaces. I love styling places in order to create spaces with a soul that tell a story.
We own a beautiful summer house in de Concessie in De Haan, at the belgian seaside, where we love to invite friends & family.
We hope you will enjoy the house as much as we do.

Lovely place, playfully decorated with fun coloured🌈 items 🎏balanced with lots of space, just like I love it 😍
Only à 100m from the beach 🏖 and close to everything -no need for a car !
Some relaxing 🧘🏽♀️ sun bathing ⛱ at Amante, good restaurants 🥂🍽 like Villa de Torre and nice beach walks 🚶🏽♀️with our friends made our stay worth while !
De Haan is one of the loveliest coastal towns you can find on the Belgian coast.

Wir verbringen regelmäßig Urlaub in De Haan; dieses Haus war mit Abstand das gepflegteste und stilvollste! Dazu strahlte es mit dem Kamin eine Wärme und Gemütlichkeit aus, die wir vor allem im Winter sehr genossen haben. Die Lage ist zentral, sowohl zum Ortskern, als auch zum Strand ca 200m. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder!!

I organized a girlfriend weekend at Villa J'y suis and we had a marvelous time! The villa is just like the photos, only better! What you don't see in the pictures is the high quality finishes, the stylish decorations, the high quality tableware. Everything is of such great quality ! The beds are really comfortable and it's fantastic to have 2 bathrooms, especially when you're staying with a bunch of women like I did! It would have been nice to have the beds made up upon arrival or at least to have the bed and bath linen present in the house. But that is really the only small issue that could be improved and Caroline informed me that they're looking into a solution. Caroline responded to my questions rapidly. I was also nicely surprised with the birthday card I was given when we arrived. All in all, a perfect stay. My friends and I definitely want to go back! Villa J'y suis is a real jewel!
